To coincide with the installation of a new defibrillator unit, Witchford Village Hall will be hosting two Defibrillator Awareness Events at the Village Hall on Tuesday September 8th at 12.30 and 19.00 to give local residents the opportunity to familiarise themselves with what to do when someone has a cardiac arrest.
These two-hour sessions will be open to all and will cover topics including what is a cardiac arrest and how to recognise one, what to expect when you call 999, how to do CPR, how to use the defibrillator and post event stress management.
